The orders we create are made out of wood, crystal, acrylic, glass, and essembled plastic. We do charge extra handling to ensure that your shipped orders arrive safely and undamaged. We will not ship you order without insurance and a tracking number. Our minimum shipping charge is $5.99 but will vary with items purchased.

When your order leaves our store, it is packed carefully and in perfect shape. 99.9% of the time, if there is damage upon arrival, this is due to the carrier. This is why we insure our shipped orders. If you do receive a damaged item, please take good pictures of the items and the box it was shipped in. Please reach out to us and we will help to resolve the problem and replace the items damaged.
