REFUND POLICY

We take pride in our work. All of our work is custom and errors can happen. If there is an error in any of our orders, please notify us as soon as possible. If the error was Timeless Award's fault, we will replace the item free of charge. We do not accept orders over the phone, which means all of our orders are either emailed in or handwritten with your signature of approval. If the error was the customer's error, we can provide replacement at a discounted rate if the error is minor. If the error is a completely different award, we can fix the error at our normal price. Errors must be notified within 30 days of fulfillment.

FOR PERSONAL ITEMS. If there is an error on your personal item and the error is Timeless Award's fault, we will fully replace the item, if possible. If the item is irreplaceable, we can negotiate a refundable value for the item. If the item is replacable, we require that we keep the items that were engraved in error. If you can't leave the items engraved in error, we assume that you are still able to use them. No refund or remake will be attempted.
