IS MY ORDER READY?

Wondering if your order is ready or when it will be ready? Here are some helpful pointers to eliminate guessing and making sure your order is ready when you need it!

GIVE US AN ACCURATE PICK UP DATE

We always ask you when you would like to pick up your order. Please be accurate as to when you want to pick up your order. We don't ask when you need it by, because you may want to pick up your order well before you actually need to verify accuracy or for other reasons. Let us know you WANT to pick it up. To us, a pick up date means your order will be ready by the time we open that day.

WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN THE ORDER IS READY TO PICK UP

We always ask how you would like to be notified when your order is complete. We can either email you or call you. We will always leave a message if you don't answer. We can't leave a message if your voicemail is full. HELPFUL HINT! E-mail notifications are great! We will email you when you order is ready, which also provides you with a copy of your receipt and a link to pay for the order online which lessens the wait at pick up.

WHAT IF I HAVENT RECIEVED NOTIFICATION?

If you haven't recieved notification that your order is ready, chances are your order is not ready, especially if it's before your pick up date. If there is a rare circumstance that we will not have your order ready by your pick up date, we will call or e-mail. You can always call or email to get a status update.

WILL MY ORDER BE READY BEFORE THE PICK UP DATE?

There are circumstances where your order is ready early, but this is not normal. If you need your order earlier, please give us an accurate pick up date. We rely heavily on pick up dates to coordinate delivery of materials. This makes us efficient and helps keep our freight costs down which, in turn, keeps the cost of our orders down.
