ARTWORK

All artwork submitted must be in a digital format. We cannot accept mobile phone pictures of objects either. We can accept files in any format, but recommend they have 300dpi resolution or higher. Artwork engraved needs to be one color, not grayscale. All orders include simple design, meaning we can format a layout with the text and artwork provided. If any graphic design is required or requested to manipulate artwork, you will be charged for graphic design time. We charge $60 per hour and bill in 15 minute increments. Any artwork submitted to Timeless Awards is assumed as legally allowed to use in our business practices.

FILES

Any artwork submitted to Timeless Awards is assumed as legally allowed to use in our business practices. Any proofs or artwork sent to the customer is property of Timeless Awards and is not allowed to be used outside of Timeless Awards Company without prior written consent.

PROOFS

We can provide proofs for any order upon request. We can include up to 5 proofs per order. If more proofs are requested, we can provide more proofs at a fee of $60 per hour, charge in 15 minute increments.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide proofs for diamond engraving orders.
